溫濕(shi)度(du)和人的(de)生(sheng)活息息相關(guan),對溫濕(shi)度(du)的(de)關(guan)注催生(sheng)了溫濕(shi)度(du)一體傳感(gan)(gan)器的(de)誕生(sheng)。選購溫濕(shi)度(du)傳感(gan)(gan)器時(shi)需要(yao)注意測量(liang)范圍、測量(liang)精度(du)的(de)選擇;同時(shi)還要(yao)考慮(lv)到(dao)時(shi)漂(piao)和溫漂(piao)等關(guan)鍵因(yin)素(su)。另外,濕(shi)度(du)傳感(gan)(gan)器是(shi)非密封(feng)性(xing)的(de),為保護測量(liang)的(de)準確度(du)和穩定性(xing),應盡量(liang)避免在酸性(xing)、堿性(xing)及含有機溶(rong)劑的(de)氣氛中使用。
前言:人類的(de)生存和社會(hui)活動與濕度(du)密(mi)切相(xiang)關。隨著現代化(hua)的(de)實現,很難找(zhao)出一個(ge)與濕度(du)無關的(de)領域來(lai)。由于(yu)應用領域不(bu)同,對濕度(du)傳感(gan)器的(de)技(ji)術要(yao)求也不(bu)同。從制造角(jiao)度(du)看,同是(shi)濕度(du)傳感(gan)器,材料、結構不(bu)同,工(gong)藝不(bu)同.其性能和技(ji)術指標有很大差(cha)異,因(yin)而價格(ge)也相(xiang)差(cha)甚遠(yuan)。對使用者來(lai)說,選擇濕度(du)傳感(gan)器時,首先要(yao)搞(gao)清楚需(xu)要(yao)什么(me)樣的(de)傳感(gan)器;自己的(de)財力允(yun)許選購什么(me)檔次的(de)產(chan)品,權衡好“需(xu)要(yao)與可能”的(de)關系,不(bu)致于(yu)盲(mang)目行事。我(wo)們從與用戶的(de)來(lai)往中,覺得有以下(xia)幾個(ge)問題(ti)值得注意。
1.選擇(ze)測(ce)量(liang)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)和(he)測(ce)量(liang)重量(liang)、溫度(du)一(yi)樣,選擇(ze)濕(shi)度(du)傳感器首先(xian)要(yao)確定(ding)測(ce)量(liang)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)。除了氣象、科研部門外(wai),搞溫、濕(shi)度(du)測(ce)控的一(yi)般不(bu)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)全濕(shi)程(0-100%RH)測(ce)量(liang)。在(zai)當(dang)今(jin)的信息時代,傳感器技術與計算機技術、自動控制拄(zhu)術緊密(mi)結合著(zhu)。測(ce)量(liang)的目的在(zai)于控制,測(ce)量(liang)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)與控制范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)合稱使用(yong)(yong)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)。當(dang)然,對(dui)不(bu)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)搞測(ce)控系統的應用(yong)(yong)者(zhe)來說(shuo),直接(jie)選擇(ze)通用(yong)(yong)型濕(shi)度(du)儀就可以了。下面列舉(ju)一(yi)些應用(yong)(yong)領域對(dui)濕(shi)度(du)傳感器使用(yong)(yong)溫度(du)、濕(shi)度(du)的不(bu)同要(yao)求,供使用(yong)(yong)者(zhe)參(can)考(見表1)。用(yong)(yong)戶根據需(xu)(xu)要(yao)向傳感器生產廠(chang)提出測(ce)量(liang)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei),生產廠(chang)優先(xian)保(bao)證用(yong)(yong)戶在(zai)使用(yong)(yong)范(fan)圍(wei)(wei)內傳感器的性(xing)能穩定(ding)一(yi)致(zhi),求得合理的性(xing)能價(jia)格比(bi),對(dui)雙方(fang)來講是一(yi)件相得益彰的事情。
2、選擇測(ce)量(liang)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)和測(ce)量(liang)范圍一樣,測(ce)量(liang)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)同(tong)(tong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)標。每(mei)提高—個(ge)百分(fen)點.對傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)來說就是(shi)(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang)一個(ge)臺階,甚至是(shi)(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang)一個(ge)檔次。因為(wei)要(yao)(yao)達到不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),其制造成本相差很大(da),售價也相差甚遠。例如進口的(de)(de)(de)(de)1只(zhi)廉價的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)只(zhi)有幾美元,而1只(zhi)供標定(ding)(ding)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)全濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)程濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)要(yao)(yao)幾百美元,相差近百倍。所(suo)以(yi)(yi)使用者(zhe)一定(ding)(ding)要(yao)(yao)量(liang)體(ti)裁衣,不(bu)(bu)宜盲目追求(qiu)“高、精(jing)(jing)、尖”。生(sheng)產廠商(shang)往往是(shi)(shi)(shi)分(fen)段(duan)給出(chu)(chu)其濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。如中(zhong)(zhong)、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)段(duan)(0一80%RH)為(wei)±2%RH,而高濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)段(duan)(80—100%RH)為(wei)±4%RH。而且此精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)某一指(zhi)定(ding)(ding)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)下(xia)(如25℃)的(de)(de)(de)(de)值。如在(zai)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)下(xia)使用濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi).其示值還要(yao)(yao)考慮溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)漂移的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。眾所(suo)周知,相對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)函數(shu),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)嚴(yan)重地(di)影(ying)響(xiang)著指(zhi)定(ding)(ding)空間內的(de)(de)(de)(de)相對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)。溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)每(mei)變(bian)化(hua)0.1℃。將產生(sheng)0.5%RH的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)變(bian)化(hua)(誤差)。使用場(chang)合如果(guo)難以(yi)(yi)做到恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),則提出(chu)(chu)過高的(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)合適的(de)(de)(de)(de)。因為(wei)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)隨(sui)著溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)也漂忽不(bu)(bu)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)話(hua),奢談測(ce)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)將失去(qu)實際意義。所(suo)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)首先要(yao)(yao)控(kong)好溫(wen)(wen)(wen),這就是(shi)(shi)(shi)大(da)量(liang)應用的(de)(de)(de)(de)往往是(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)—體(ti)化(hua)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)而不(bu)(bu)單純是(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)緣故。多(duo)數(shu)情況下(xia),如果(guo)沒有xx的(de)(de)(de)(de)控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)手段(duan),或(huo)者(zhe)被(bei)測(ce)空間是(shi)(shi)(shi)非密封的(de)(de)(de)(de),±5%RH的(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)就足夠了(le)。對于要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)xx控(kong)制恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、恒(heng)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)局部空間,或(huo)者(zhe)需要(yao)(yao)隨(sui)時(shi)跟蹤記錄(lu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)變(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)場(chang)合,再選用±3%RH 以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)。與此相對應的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi).其測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)須足±0.3℃以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang),起碼是(shi)(shi)(shi)±0.5℃的(de)(de)(de)(de)。而精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)高于±2%RH的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)恐怕連校準(zhun)(zhun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)標準(zhun)(zhun)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)發生(sheng)器(qi)(qi)也難以(yi)(yi)做到,更何(he)況傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)自身了(le)。國家標準(zhun)(zhun)物質研究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文章認為(wei):“相對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)測(ce)量(liang)儀表,即(ji)使在(zai)20—25℃下(xia),要(yao)(yao)達到2%RH的(de)(de)(de)(de)準(zhun)(zhun)確度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)仍是(shi)(shi)(shi)很困難的(de)(de)(de)(de)。”
3、考(kao)慮時漂(piao)和(he)溫(wen)(wen)漂(piao)幾乎所(suo)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)都存在時漂(piao)和(he)溫(wen)(wen)漂(piao)。由于(yu)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)必須和(he)大(da)(da)氣中的(de)(de)(de)水汽相接觸,所(suo)以不(bu)能密封(feng)。這(zhe)就決定(ding)(ding)(ding)了它的(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)性和(he)壽命是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)限(xian)的(de)(de)(de)。一般(ban)情況下,生產廠(chang)(chang)商(shang)會標(biao)明1次標(biao)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)效使(shi)用(yong)時間為1年(nian)或2年(nian),到期負責(ze)重(zhong)新標(biao)定(ding)(ding)(ding)。請使(shi)用(yong)者在選擇傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)時考(kao)慮好日后重(zhong)新標(biao)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)渠(qu)道,不(bu)要(yao)貪圖便宜或迷信洋貨而忽(hu)略了售(shou)后服務問屬。溫(wen)(wen)漂(piao)在上1節(jie)已經提到。選擇濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)要(yao)考(kao)慮應用(yong)場(chang)合(he)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)變化范圍,看所(suo)選傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在指定(ding)(ding)(ding)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)下能否(fou)正常(chang)(chang)工作(zuo),溫(wen)(wen)漂(piao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)超(chao)出設計指標(biao)。要(yao)提醒使(shi)用(yong)者注意的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi):電容式(shi)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)α是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)個(ge)變量,它隨使(shi)用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)、濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)范圍而異。這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)因為水和(he)高分子(zi)聚(ju)合(he)物的(de)(de)(de)介電系(xi)(xi)數(shu)隨溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)改(gai)變是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)同步的(de)(de)(de),而溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)α又(you)主要(yao)取決于(yu)水和(he)感(gan)濕(shi)(shi)材料的(de)(de)(de)介電系(xi)(xi)數(shu),所(suo)以電容式(shi)濕(shi)(shi)敏元件的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)并非(fei)常(chang)(chang)數(shu)。電容式(shi)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)、中濕(shi)(shi)段的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)最小(xiao),5-25℃時,中低(di)濕(shi)(shi)段的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)漂(piao)可忽(hu)略不(bu)計。但在高溫(wen)(wen)高濕(shi)(shi)區或負溫(wen)(wen)高濕(shi)(shi)區使(shi)用(yong)時,就一定(ding)(ding)(ding)要(yao)考(kao)慮溫(wen)(wen)漂(piao)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響,進行(xing)必要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)補(bu)償或訂正。領域部(bu)門溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(℃)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(%RH)紡(fang)織紡(fang)紗廠(chang)(chang)2360織布廠(chang)(chang)1885醫藥(yao)制藥(yao)廠(chang)(chang)10~ 3050~60手術(shu)室23~ 2650~60輕(qing)工印刷廠(chang)(chang)23~ 2749~51卷(juan)煙廠(chang)(chang)21~ 2455~65火(huo)柴廠(chang)(chang)18~2250電子(zi)半(ban)導體2230~45計算機(ji)房20~3040~70通 訊電纜(lan)充氣-10~300~20食 品啤(pi)酒發酵4~850~70農(nong)業(ye)良種培育15~4040~75人工大(da)(da)棚5~4040~100倉(cang)儲水果冷凍(dong)-3~580~90地下菜窖-3~ -170~ 80文物保(bao)管16~1850~55注:在不(bu)同領域的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)范圍(%RH/℃)
