配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器運行(xing)(xing)是否正常(chang)(chang)直接影響用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)生產和(he)生活用(yong)(yong)電(dian),并關系到(dao)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)設備的安(an)全。為(wei)了保證(zheng)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)用(yong)(yong)上優質(zhi)、安(an)全電(dian),必須保證(zheng)配(pei)(pei)(pei)變(bian)運行(xing)(xing)正常(chang)(chang)。配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器是電(dian)網(wang)系統中根(gen)據電(dian)磁(ci)感應定(ding)律變(bian)換交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu)而傳輸(shu)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)能的一種靜止(zhi)電(dian)器。通常(chang)(chang)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)電(dian)線桿、臺架或配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)所中,一般將6~10千(qian)伏(fu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降至400伏(fu)左右(you)輸(shu)入(ru)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)。因此我們有必要從保護配(pei)(pei)(pei)置技(ji)術角度和(he)日常(chang)(chang)運行(xing)(xing)管理兩大方面來談談配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器日常(chang)(chang)運行(xing)(xing)管理及保護配(pei)(pei)(pei)置技(ji)術:
一、日(ri)常運(yun)行管(guan)理方面(mian)
1、加強(qiang)日常(chang)巡視、維護和定期測試:
(1)進行日(ri)常維(wei)護保養,及(ji)時(shi)清掃(sao)和擦(ca)除配變(bian)油污和高低壓套(tao)管上的塵埃(ai),以防氣候潮濕或陰雨(yu)時(shi)污閃放電,造成(cheng)套(tao)管相間短路,高壓熔斷器(qi)熔斷,配變(bian)不(bu)能(neng)正常運行;
(2)及時觀(guan)察配(pei)變(bian)的(de)油(you)(you)(you)位和油(you)(you)(you)色,定(ding)期檢測油(you)(you)(you)溫(wen),特(te)別是負荷變(bian)化(hua)大、溫(wen)差大、氣候惡劣(lie)的(de)天氣應增(zeng)加巡視(shi)次(ci)數,對油(you)(you)(you)浸式的(de)配(pei)電變(bian)壓器(qi)運行(xing)中的(de)頂層油(you)(you)(you)溫(wen)不得高于95℃,溫(wen)升不得超過(guo)(guo)55℃,為(wei)防止繞組和油(you)(you)(you)的(de)劣(lie)化(hua)過(guo)(guo)速(su),頂層油(you)(you)(you)的(de)溫(wen)升不宜經(jing)常超過(guo)(guo)45℃;
(3)搖(yao)測(ce)配變的絕緣電阻,檢查各引線是否牢固,特別要(yao)注意的是低壓出線連接處接觸是否良(liang)好、溫度是否異常(chang);
(4)加強(qiang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)負(fu)荷的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量(liang),在用(yong)電(dian)(dian)高峰期,加強(qiang)對(dui)每臺配(pei)(pei)變(bian)的(de)(de)(de)負(fu)荷測(ce)量(liang),必要時(shi)增加測(ce)量(liang)次數,對(dui)三(san)相電(dian)(dian)流不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)變(bian)壓器及時(shi)進行調整,防止(zhi)中(zhong)性(xing)線電(dian)(dian)流過大(da)燒斷引線,造(zao)成用(yong)戶(hu)設備損壞,配(pei)(pei)變(bian)受損。聯(lian)接組別為(wei)Yyn0的(de)(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)變(bian),三(san)相負(fu)荷應盡量(liang)平(ping)衡(heng),不(bu)得僅(jin)用(yong)一(yi)相或兩相供電(dian)(dian),中(zhong)性(xing)線電(dian)(dian)流不(bu)應超過低壓側(ce)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)25%,力(li)求使配(pei)(pei)變(bian)不(bu)超載(zai)、不(bu)偏載(zai)運行;
2、防(fang)止外力(li)破壞:
(1)合理選擇配變(bian)的(de)(de)安裝(zhuang)地點(dian),配變(bian)安裝(zhuang)既要滿足用戶電(dian)壓的(de)(de)要求,又要盡量(liang)避免將(jiang)其安裝(zhuang)在(zai)荒山野嶺,易(yi)被雷擊,也(ye)不(bu)能安裝(zhuang)在(zai)遠離居(ju)民區的(de)(de)地方,以防不(bu)法分子偷盜。安裝(zhuang)位(wei)置太偏僻也(ye)不(bu)利于運行人(ren)員的(de)(de)定期維(wei)護,不(bu)便于工作人(ren)員的(de)(de)管理;
(2)避(bi)免(mian)在配電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)器上安裝低壓(ya)計量(liang)箱(xiang),因長時間(jian)運行,計量(liang)箱(xiang)玻璃(li)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)(huai)或配變(bian)低壓(ya)樁頭(tou)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)(huai)不(bu)能及時進(jin)行更換,致(zhi)使因雨水等原因燒壞(huai)(huai)電(dian)能表引起配變(bian)受損(sun)(sun);
(3)不允許私自調節分接開(kai)關(guan)(guan),以防(fang)分接開(kai)關(guan)(guan)調節不到位(wei)發生相間(jian)短路致使燒壞配電變壓器(qi);
(4)在配(pei)變(bian)(bian)高(gao)低(di)壓端加裝(zhuang)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)罩(zhao),防(fang)止(zhi)自(zi)然災害和外物破壞(huai),在道路(lu)狹窄的小區和動物出入頻繁的森林區加裝(zhuang)高(gao)低(di)壓絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)罩(zhao),防(fang)止(zhi)配(pei)電變(bian)(bian)壓器接線(xian)樁上掉東西(xi)使低(di)壓短路(lu)而燒毀(hui)配(pei)變(bian)(bian);
(5)定期巡視線路,砍伐(fa)線路通道,防止樹(shu)枝碰在導線上引起低(di)壓(ya)(ya)短(duan)路燒壞配(pei)電變壓(ya)(ya)器的事故。
二、保(bao)護(hu)配置技(ji)術方面
1、裝(zhuang)設避(bi)雷(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)護,防止(zhi)雷(lei)擊過(guo)(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya):配(pei)變(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)防雷(lei)保(bao)護,采(cai)用(yong)裝(zhuang)設無間隙金屬氧化物避(bi)雷(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)作為(wei)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)保(bao)護,以防止(zhi)由(you)高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)線路侵入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)所引(yin)起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)部(bu)絕緣擊穿,造成短路,杜(du)絕發生雷(lei)擊破壞事故。采(cai)用(yong)避(bi)雷(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)護配(pei)變(bian)(bian)時(shi),一是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)正常渠道采(cai)購合格產(chan)品,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)投(tou)運(yun)前(qian)經過(guo)(guo)嚴格的(de)(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)達到運(yun)行要(yao)(yao)(yao)求再投(tou)運(yun);二是(shi)對運(yun)行中的(de)(de)(de)(de)設備定期(qi)進行預防性試(shi)驗(yan),對于(yu)泄漏電(dian)流值超過(guo)(guo)標(biao)準值的(de)(de)(de)(de)不合格產(chan)品及(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi)加(jia)以更換;三是(shi)定期(qi)進行變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)電(dian)阻(zu)檢測(ce)(ce),對100KVA及(ji)(ji)(ji)以上的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)電(dian)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)電(dian)阻(zu)必須(xu)(xu)在(zai)(zai)4Ω以內(nei),對100KVA以下的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)電(dian)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)求接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)電(dian)阻(zu)必須(xu)(xu)在(zai)(zai)10Ω以內(nei)。如(ru)果測(ce)(ce)試(shi)值不在(zai)(zai)規(gui)(gui)定范(fan)(fan)圍內(nei),應采(cai)取延伸(shen)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)線,增(zeng)加(jia)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)體及(ji)(ji)(ji)物理、化學等(deng)措(cuo)施使其達到規(gui)(gui)定值,每年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)4月份(fen)(fen)和7月份(fen)(fen)進行兩次接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)復測(ce)(ce),防止(zhi)焊(han)接(jie)點脫焊(han)、環(huan)境及(ji)(ji)(ji)其它因素導(dao)致接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)電(dian)阻(zu)超標(biao)。如(ru)果變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)電(dian)阻(zu)超標(biao),雷(lei)擊時(shi)雷(lei)電(dian)流不能流入(ru)大地(di)(di)(di)(di),反而(er)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)線將雷(lei)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)加(jia)在(zai)(zai)配(pei)電(dian)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側再反向升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為(wei)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),將配(pei)變(bian)(bian)燒毀;四是(shi)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)置選(xuan)擇(ze)應適當(dang),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)避(bi)雷(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)靠(kao)配(pei)變(bian)(bian)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管(guan)(guan)最近(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)引(yin)線處,盡量減小雷(lei)電(dian)直(zhi)接(jie)侵入(ru)配(pei)變(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)機會,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)避(bi)雷(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)靠(kao)配(pei)變(bian)(bian)最近(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管(guan)(guan)處,以保(bao)證(zheng)雷(lei)電(dian)波(bo)侵入(ru)配(pei)變(bian)(bian)前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正確動作,按電(dian)氣設備安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)標(biao)準要(yao)(yao)(yao)求安(an)(an)裝(zhuang),防止(zhi)盲目安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)而(er)失去保(bao)護的(de)(de)(de)(de)意(yi)義。
